Ownership & Corporate Disclosure

The Divine Being (the “Brand”) is a devotional platform and e-commerce entity engaged in the creation, distribution, and sale of spiritual goods, religious articles, and faith-inspired resources. For purposes of transparency and regulatory compliance, the following disclosure is hereby made in respect of the ownership and control of the Brand.

The Divine Being is fully owned, managed, and operated by The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd., a private limited company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, with Unique Entity Number (UEN): 201836915D, and having its registered office at 12 Choa Chu Kang Grove, Singapore 688208 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

As the sole legal and beneficial owner of The Divine Being, The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd. exercises complete oversight, governance, and control over all aspects of the Brand’s operations. This includes, but is not limited to, product design and sourcing, marketing and communications, logistics and fulfillment, financial management, and customer service activities.

All contractual relationships, commercial transactions, financial obligations, and legal responsibilities undertaken under the name “The Divine Being” are, in law and in fact, obligations of The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd. The Brand itself does not constitute a separate legal entity and functions solely as a business name and trading style of The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd.

The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd. is committed to ensuring that the activities of The Divine Being are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection statutes, electronic commerce guidelines, intellectual property regulations, and international trade requirements. The Company maintains corporate governance practices that safeguard the interests of its customers, partners, and stakeholders, thereby ensuring that all engagements with The Divine Being are undertaken within a legally sound and compliant framework.

Any intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, copyrights, designs, logos, and other brand assets associated with The Divine Being, are owned or lawfully licensed to The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation of such intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws.

All inquiries, notices, claims, or legal correspondence relating to The Divine Being should be addressed directly to The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd. at its registered office. For the avoidance of doubt, The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd. assumes full and exclusive legal responsibility for the activities, representations, and obligations carried out under the name “The Divine Being.”

This disclosure is intended to provide absolute clarity to customers, suppliers, partners, and regulators that The Divine Being is not an independent company, foundation, or association, but is instead a wholly owned business unit and trading name of The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore.

By engaging with The Divine Being, all parties acknowledge and agree that their contractual and commercial relationship is, in fact, with The Leads Machine Pte. Ltd., as the registered and accountable corporate entity.
