For fifteen centuries the Church has honored this cross — its hidden letters a Latin prayer of protection: Vade retro, Satana — ‘Begone, Satan.’
Worn as a sign of faith, and a plea for God’s protection.

Child of God
This is not simply a bracelet.
It is a spiritual shield — the sign the faithful have turned to for centuries, whenever darkness pressed close.
Long before the noise of this world grew so loud, God’s people wore the seal of Saint Benedict as a tangible sign of Heaven’s protection. What you receive continues that same sacred tradition.
A protection you can wear — every day.
“Long held as one of the most powerful sacramentals the Church possesses against evil.”
— the devotion of the faithful, kept for centuries
The man behind the medal
Who was Saint Benedict?
Born in Nursia, Italy around 480 AD, Benedict left the comforts of Roman society to seek God in solitude. He became the Father of Western Monasticism — and the Church’s most celebrated protector against evil.
The accounts of his life tell of a poisoned cup that shattered at his blessing, and a raven that carried away poisoned bread before it could reach him. From his life and his prayers came the medal that bears his name.
Wear it, and you carry the seal the Church has trusted for centuries. You are not alone in what you face.
What it carries
Every Detail Has Meaning and Purpose
Both sides of this bracelet’s medal carry sacred meaning — kept by the faithful for centuries as a sign of protection under the Cross.
The Front
Saint Benedict stands holding the Cross and the Rule of Life. Around him: “May his presence protect us in the hour of our death.”
The Back
A sacred prayer of protection, hidden in ancient initials that call on evil to depart. Above it all, one word: PAX — Peace.
PAX
The Latin word for Peace — the first and final word of the Saint Benedict medal. A quiet declaration over every life that wears it.
Red Braided Cord
Handwoven red macramé cord — a colour long associated with protection in the Christian tradition. Adjustable, durable, and worn comfortably every day.
Gold & Enamel Medal
The Saint Benedict medal in gold-finish with deep red enamel — both sides bearing the sacred inscriptions the Church has used for centuries.

A bracelet bearing the Medal of St. Benedict — one of the Church's oldest and most beloved sacramentals, long associated with protection against evil. Worn on the wrist as a sign of devotion and trust in God's protection, sought through St. Benedict's intercession.
Where does the medal come from, and what do the letters mean?
The Medal of St. Benedict honors the founder of Western monasticism (c. 480–547) and has been worn for centuries. The initials around the cross stand for a Latin prayer against evil — including Vade retro Satana, "Begone, Satan — never tempt me with your vanities." It's a prayer you carry, cast in metal.
Why is it called an "exorcism" medal?
Because the Church has long used the Medal of St. Benedict in its blessings and prayers of protection, and its inscriptions are a plea for deliverance from temptation and evil. Worn by the faithful, it's a reminder to turn to Christ — not a spell, and not a power in itself.
Is it a lucky charm — will it protect me from evil or curses?
No. It isn't magic, and it doesn't guarantee any outcome. Protection belongs to God alone. The bracelet is a sign of living faith — you ask St. Benedict's intercession and place yourself under God's care, trusting Him. Any grace comes through prayer, never from the metal itself.
What is it made of?
A durable bracelet set with the Medal of St. Benedict, made to be worn close, every day.
Will it hold up to daily wear?
Yes — it's made to be worn daily. With a little care it holds up well over time. And if anything's ever wrong with it, just reach out and we'll make it right.
Does it need to be blessed by a priest?
No — you can begin wearing it the moment it arrives. By tradition the Medal of St. Benedict is often blessed by a priest — there's even a special blessing for it — which many find meaningful. But it's never required to wear it or to pray.
How do I wear it?
On the wrist, snug but comfortable. Many keep it on day and night, as a constant reminder to call on God and to trust St. Benedict's intercession.
Can I wear it in the shower or swimming?
It's best to take it off to bathe or swim — water, soap, and pool chemicals can dull the finish over time. Otherwise, wear it as often as you like.
What if it breaks or the finish wears?
A little softening of the shine is natural with daily wear. If it breaks or something isn't right, reach out — we'll gladly help make it right.
How long does it take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 6–10 days, with free shipping. You'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can anyone wear it? Can children?
Yes — anyone drawn to St. Benedict may wear it, children included, with a comfortable fit. It's worn simply as a sign of devotion and trust in God's protection.
Can I return it if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. If it isn't right for you for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full — no hassle. We'd rather you be at peace with your purchase than keep a sale.
